Accessories are considered to be any items, other than DVD sets, that cannot be worn as tops, bottoms or footwear, including but not limited to bracelets, headbands, Toning Sticks, Zumba Rizers™, socks and flip flops. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging or in perfect condition. In order for a product to be in perfect condition, it must be unworn, unwashed, and have no traces of hair, deodorant, makeup or distinctive smells and include original tags, if applicable. Item(s) returned due to possible defect are subject to verification.

A. NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

- The items you are returning
- A Customer Care representative will respond to you with the address where you should send your return. Returns should be sent using a traceable shipment method to the address provided by Customer Care. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Returns must be sent within 30 days of delivery to you, and the return items must be unused, undamaged, complete and in the original untampered packaging. Your packing list should be included in the return shipment.
- You will be refunded the cost of the return goods less the original shipping fee upon verification of the returned items.
- Refund times shall be within 3 to 4 weeks from the day we receive all the items.
B. DEFECTIVE ITEMS RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
